The Firm’s founder, Matthew Urbach, has been representing clients in complex commercial and business disputes since 1997. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, Matthew graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. Prior to opening the Urbach Law Offices, Matthew was a partner at the Los Angeles based national law firm, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips. Matthew was named a “Rising Star” attorney by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Matthew has represented corporations and individuals in a wide array of businesses and industries, including shopping center owners, residential and commercial property owners and managers, hospitability companies, banks, lenders, mortgage companies, real-estate developers and investors, transportation companies, energy companies, small business owners and government entities. Matthew has represented clients through all phases of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, judicial reference and court and jury trials.
